Two hundred bucks. In fives. That way I have enough cash that is an emergency should happen I can cover it generally with what's in my wallet and if I need to make small purchases there you go. Where I usually throw all of my change and singles into a jar.

At my workplace they have vending machines and my co-workers always ask me for change so I like to have some singles on hand. I agree with throwing loose change into a jar though - I can't find anything that I can buy with a quarter anymore.
