No, it's just there has been nothing announced officially so the best you'll get is rumours and speculation.

As it stands, Bloodborne doesn't look like it's coming to PC. There's been a couple of generic clickbait articles from desperate sites saying it probably will or YouTube videos about rumours based on guesswork but not one mainstream publication has provided any shred information regarding this possibility.
