its just some dumb game where you create a story and it completely breaks early on.

I tried it it is impressive in a sense but at the same time it can become very limited sometimes.
I tried various adventures (none of them in a serious way. In most cases I just gave commands to scream blasphemous things and tried to kill anybody in sight including small children - something that the game did not allow me to do - just for fun and to see how it reacted), but in one case it turned into a very weird and surrealistic experience, that game even decided to give me a new name in the middle of the adventure and threw at me a few creepy and crazy situations but probably behaving creepy and crazy myself in the first place it just decided to return my karma back to me lol. At one point I was bored and didn't want to deal with a certain situation so I wrote "you wake up and you say to yourself "what a weird dream I just had" and the game actually behaved like it was all a dream... but after a while the people from the "dream" were chasing me again, lol. That one was interesting.
I wrote a lot of crazy stuff lol. I ended up in jail because I was a drug addicted according to the game :P (that's why I used the dream, to get out of it)

It's excellent. Once you get used to working with the AI to generate stories, it becomes incredibly versatile and you can have a lot of fun with it.

It's really great fun, especially if you get a few friends together and play it in MP, or just... have the perfect chain of responses from the AI.

I had an adventure once where I ended up being Noel Edmonds trying to assassinate Mr. Blobby in Glasgow. I killed him (after numerous false starts) and then fell in with a gang of monsters. It started raining, I asked them why they didn't care, they replied "Because we're Scottish"

also it got infinitely better/worse than that and kept going for quite some time, but I don't feel like making a huge post

long story short, it's gr8 and i love it and it's a good idea for a topic in off topic

Yeah, the free versions AI model only recalls information from the previous 8 prompts, so you have to keep reminding it of what's going on to keep it on track.
The premium versions AI model remembers the previous 20 prompts, so it's a lot more coherent.

It's pretty neat, for what it is. I'd like to try the advanced version, but I'd have to pay for it.

Here's some custom prompts I wrote up for you all giving your opinions.

1. You awaken in a stone chamber that has no doors. You don't remember how you got there or even who you are. The chamber is a circular dome with a hole in the ceiling, taunting you. In the center of the room, there is a pedestal with something on it, though you are not sure what.

2. You are a performer who is traveling the lands in search of fame and fortune, although not in a heroic fashion like knights or mages. You carry with you meager traveling supplies and a pack full of mysterious items that only you know that nature of. Your are in a tavern, waiting to perform in front of the patrons.

3. You are an Amazon hunter, living in the forest you grew up in. You have the strength of ten men and the beauty of ten women. You have a bow and knife, a set of leather armor, and a basic travel pack. You are waking up in the village of your people, ready for your day.

4. Some call you a creature of the night, others call you a monster, but all you know is the hunt. You are a werewolf. You have the instincts of a apex predator and the ability to change between human and wolf forms at will. You are traveling through the woods, looking for your next meal.

5. You are a mage, a spellcaster who subscribes to no order or cult. You simply cast magic as your birthright, though you are inexperienced with magic. You have a journal, a small sack of money, and a few magic gems. You are in the snow realm, trying find an inn.

6. You are a Bandit, a thug who only truly cares for themselves and enjoys the glint of gold. You have a mask, a blade, and some basic armor you stole from someone. You are lying in wait for your next mark, though they are not what you were expecting.

You are Slickback Jones, a survivor trying to survive in a world filled with infected zombies everywhere. You have a pistol and a backpack. You have managed to survive several months avoiding zombies and scavenging food. You cautiously enter a rundown store and hear a bunch of footsteps. You ready your pistol and sneak around a corner.
You see four men wearing ski masks enter the store. They don't seem to be infected.

> You ask if they're chill.
You cautiously approach the men and see that they are armed with bolt action rifles.

> You tell them their rifles look nice.
One of the men suddenly turns around and hits you in the face with his rifle. He then throws you against the wall and points his rifle at your head.
"Who are you? What do you want?

The man suddenly realizes who you are and backs off.
"I know who you are! You're that Slickback Jones! We thought you died! Why the hell didn't you answer your phone?
