Well im teen dude and i wearing like world tightest jeans there is. Yep, much much tighter skinny jeans than girls wear.
I heard some people are jealous and some people call gay who wear skin tight jeans. I dont get it why. Well, luckly there are girls who love guys who wear tightest jeans :)
What you think? Why you no wear skin tight jeans?

I think he is trying to guess whether you meant "me" or "meh" (different meanings)
