Best game to play using only the mouse
I just had a baby, so I spend a lot of time holding her. This makes it very difficult to play games. I pretty much have to play games that only use the mouse. Civ 5 and Shadowrun are the two I go to most often, though I play PoE on occasion, I just have to hope I don't need my health flask urgently, or I die.

So what's another good game that only uses the mouse?

Is van helsing good? I've been interested in it, but haven't picked it up yet. Also, with diablo and torchlight, while the mouse is the primary, you definetly still need to use the keyboard on the fly, switching skills and using potions and such. I've tried Titan Quest, which is similar, but i tend to die when I otherwise wouldn't because I don't have the quick access to the number keys that I need.

Yeah, Van Helsing is really great, although it's like Diablo and Torchlight. You'll have to use Q for potions, and you have a 1-4 skill bar. It's not entirely impossible to play without them if you set a low difficulty. With Diablo, the only keyboard actions you need is the number keys for potions, which I rarely used, and I never switched weapons. You can switch keyboard bound skills with the mouse wheel, I believe.

Plants v Zombies isn't a bad idea. I picked it up whem it was free on Origin, but haven't tried it on a PC, just my phone.
If I'm not mistaken, Aquaria can be played with only the mouse. Also, I would imagine most turn basted strategy games can be played with just the mouse. Knights of the Old Republic can be played exclusively with the mouse. If you do play that though, I recommend setting the game to pause after every turn so you don't have to worry about reaching for the pause button in emergencies.

Heroes of Might and Magic 2 or 3. Those are the best on the series for me.

When my friend needed shoulder surgery and lost the use of an arm for a few months, he had the same problem. He picked up an Anker gaming mouse with a couple extra buttons, made it easy to play Torchlight 2. I ended up getting the same mouse just because it's pretty awesome. What are the Heroes of Might and Magic games like? Is it a turn based strategy game or a strategy RPG? I'm familiar with the names, but I've no idea what the game is actually like.

I call corporate sellout. ;) Just Kidding. I'll have to look at a different mouse. That might help.
