WaW Quick Revive?

I was playing WaW on Der Reise solo with no mods and I bought quick revive as my very first perk, then jug, but when I went down, I stayed down. Does it not work in Vanilla or was it a glitch? btw, I posted this in off topic cause I didn't know what topic this was supposed to go into if it wasn't this one.

According to the call of duty wiki, quick revive only revived you on solo in Black ops 1 and 2 zombies, not WaW

In WaW it gives you quicker health regeneration

Buying Quick Revive on Solo in WaW Zombies does not revive yourself. It's useless in Solo. Only in Black Ops 1 and 2 Zombies, you can revive yourself in Solo via Quick Revive up to 3 times at a discounted price of 500 points each time instead of the usual 1500 points in Co-Op.
