Hellaw , i was fooling around on my old ipod4 and i found something i did out of boredom while i was stuck in traffic. I was very curious in terms of money how much i'd need to get to level X, then level Y and by various experiences , i developed a simple formula with simple variables to find actually how much it would take to get to... every level. I will copy the note and try to explain as much as possible.

Steam level 2.0

Level 10

1000xp - 2*500xp

0.50 - 100xp
2.5 - 500xp
5 - 1000xp
----------------------
2000xp- 2*5 --- 10
---------------------
3000xp- 3*5--- 15
4000xp-4*5--- 20

5n(n+1)/2

75 eur

50 * 11 / 2 = 25

6375 eur level 500

Basically what you need, is the formula which is

5n(n+1)/2 where "n" is the level number you are interested

( n=1-> level 10)
( n=2-> level 20)

(n=10->level 100)

If you are interested in level 17, "n" will be 1.7, if you are interested in level 170, "n" will be 17.

*note

I took average set (100xp) value at 0.50 eur cents. i suspect that for high levels , 200+ as such where you will have to craft more costly prices, you can increase the first variable ( 5)

meaning that you want to calculate the average set at 0.70 eurs, the formula will be
7n(n+1)/2

if you want to calculate how much you will need from level X to level Y. just calculate the current level you have and then substract from level you want. Example:

you are level 50 , you want to go to 70.
5x5(5+1)/2 = 75
5x7(7+1)/2= 140
140-75=65 EUR. voila

Also, the formula provides an approximate value, it's not point blanque accurate, i payed like 62 eur from 50 to 70, that's why i chose that example in the first place. But it's pretty accurate at least to give you an idea at how much money you need to save if you want to level up.
