Fridges With Wifi

What do you think about fridges with wifi? There's obviously a market for it, so people are buying them... But I'm wondering who would want/or need wifi on their FRIDGE?

Do you think it's just people with money to blow that are buying wifi fridges?

I get having a little T.V. or an Alexa in your kitchen... but wifi connected to your fridge? It seems so weird to me.

I would rather like a wifi microwave, so I could browse the internet and stuff while I'm sitting there in front of the microwave waiting for my food to cook. That seems more sensible

its stupid, why would you want one? pick up a regular fridge and not a smart one. most of the people buying these fridges are rich people who blow their money at anything thats called "smart"

Like i said in another thread, ofcource a fridge need wifi, how ellse will it nag you to get the latest security uppdates that may or may not breake the most common feutures of a fridge?

But jokes aside, i am with most here i think? i dont personally need a fridge with either screen or wifi support just one to keep it cool enough same with fridge, i dont need a ice make or crusher for that matter.

I'm sure there's SOME reason for it. I just don't care to find out. My fridge works just fine as a boring old fridge. It has a light. It has shelves. It keeps things cold.
