79th birthday military parade
There are a million better ways to spend those millions. Sadly, some will never clue in.

Trump's military b-day parade is despicable, an insult to the American people and the US Constitution. :100percent:

America is turning into China, North Korea, Russia (all of the lowest of life developing nations). :badluck:

The view from those seats will be worth it.

You do know that military personnel gets paid no matter what they are doing right?

As for vehicles. . . . it's already been bought.
He just wants to gather all of the military "Idiots, suckers and losers" who were "Dumb enough to join the army" in one spot so he can yell at them for being "Bad at war" while bragging about how he himself is "The best at war" and "Knows more about fighting war than anyone".

Anyway my military parades are way better.

There may be thunderstorms in DC that day. I hope there will be.

Better a parade than an invasion.
Costing tax payers 55 million dollars.

Its better than a rainbow flag parade, especially when those come with an on going burden which is born by the tax payer so lets not talk about money spent.

Said by those who promoted transitioning military members with tax payers paying the cost.

Just on AIDS alone the CDC had to spend 25 billion dollars.
The U.S. Army is celebrating its 250th birthday on June 14, 2025.

Obviously Trump's parents planned his birth to coincide with the Army's birthday when he became president.

Trump wants to focus on the military's birthday while this parade goes on, yet the media just wants to rip him simply because of the coincidence. That definitely says something for the party of peace.

Do you have any idea what kind of mundane things military healthcare covers? Do you have any idea how little this cost, which you brought up, amounted to?

The US has a shortage of military recruits, only a fool would blindly and ideologically reject able candidates for no legitimate reason.

No clue why you are saying this to me. I never supported that. I say if they want that they need to pay for every single cent out of their pockets.

All you are doing is trying to rationalize waste.

A parade at least is a demonstration of logistics.

Transitions for the on duty is just shooting yourself on the foot for permanent disability.

Only the blind would consider this a way to boost recruitment.

Even more ridiculous when you realize Biden drove troops out of the military over the forced vaccinations.

Furthermore your talking points are really out of date, recruitment crashed under Biden because everyone could tell they weren't taking things seriously and were screwing over the competent to fund DEI.

Recruitment is way up now.

Whenever people say that something is "costing taxpayers", I don't think they know how taxes work.

The government can spend money it doesn't have. It's not like they're withdrawing it from a bank.
If Americans pay 3 trillion in taxes, they'll decide to spend 6 trillion and be in 'debt'. That doesn't mean that taxes will be double next year.

And that debt has no negative effects on the country. None. That debt will never have to be repaid. Never. And there really are flying unicorns shooting rainbows out their anus.
