Did Letitia James Commit Fraud or Illegally Charge Trump?
It seems that Letitia James, the NY state AG either lied about where she lives, which would mean she is was not the state AG, or she lied about where she would be living to get better rates on a loan for a home in Norfolk, VA and assigned a relative as specific power of attorney, which would be a white collar crime, and is a similar crime to which she charged Trump?

So which is it?

Here is the Specific Power of Attorney and deed[whitecollarfraud.com] to which she signed. If This Is What It Looks Like, NY AG Letitia James Is In a World of Trouble[pjmedia.com] and EXCLUSIVE: NY Attorney General Letitia James Declares Virginia Home Her ‘Principal Residence’[whitecollarfraud.com]

Notice the dates for the deed and power of attorney and when they were signed. It is prior to her charging Trump.

Those words appear in black and white in a Specific Power of Attorney, signed by James and filed in Norfolk on August 17, 2023, authorizing her relative Shamice Thompson-Hairston to act on her behalf in a transaction that included the declaration. They were not written by a lawyer acting on James’ behalf. They were her words. Her intent. Her signature.

This signed power of attorney is a smoking gun on its own, completely separate from how the mortgage might be interpreted. It stands as a clear declaration of intent from a sitting New York Attorney General to establish principal residency in another state.

Declaring her primary residence in Virginia means that she was no longer the AG of NY.

That's up to the people of New York to decide but they can relate because property taxes in New York State are silly. They don't want to live there either. :steamlaughcry:
That would not be up to the people, but to the ethics committee in Albany or better yet, the DoJ.
She actually disqualified herself as Attorney General by claiming permanent residence outside of the state of New York on her mortgage application. New York state law clearly states that the Attorney General absolutely has to be a resident of the state of New York.
I doubt there is the political will to do anything about it. It is the states responsibility for any criminal charges, and Trump has better things to do than a civil case.

Think about it though. If she was not the AG at the time she brought the charges, he has no convictions as he was illegally charged.

Letitia James is a woman.
Federal Housing Finance Agency sends criminal referral to DOJ against NY Attorney General Letitia James for alleged mortgage fraud.

Yes, but he's not talking about her here, especially when he brings up Treason.
Leticia James, bottom line.... Criminal referral to AG Pam Bondi. She got Fed Housing loans on two properties, one in Virginia that she claims as her "primary residence," and another in New York. She allegedly falsified records to obtain those loans. She allegedly lied as to the size of the homes so she could get a more favorable loan.

Pretty sure that's not how that works, but I doubt she'd be able to serve another term as Attorney General of New York.
However, charging Trump for the crimes he committed was perfectly legal.

Considering he did get arrested, please tell me why what he did wasn't a crime?
It reads like she did, but it's to be expected she's involved in Politics. All people actively involved in the political sphere are corrupt, it's the nature of the game.
