Skip, no, watch at 1.5 or 2x, yes.

I watch almost all Youtube at 2x and listen to audiobooks at 2 to 3x, depending on narrator's natural speed.

Only music and films really get 1x dedicated from me.

I don't skip all Youtube sponsors since some of the creators can actually make them entertaining, but I do skip a fair bit. I generally don't skip much in anime unless it's blatant filler, a recap, or an opening/ending that I don't care to listen to.
Last time I watched One Piece, yes.

Its unwatchable without skipping or increasing the speed, and I've heard its been 6 months since anime took a break so I hope they'll improve the pacing.

no; why not just watch all content as a completely out of order stream of random timings and positions instead? it'd be more efficient.

Watching ads is a lifestyle choice.

Skip it all, and never use the offered deal.

I don't watch anime, and the few times I click a youtube link, I close it again if I see it lasts more than 2-3 minutes or so, or if an ad comes up. Or if it's a clip where a 'youtuber' is talking about something :lunar2019sleepingpig:

But when watching movies or other things I often skip past action sequences and such.

And when watching tv channels with commercials, I usually start watching an hour or so after the thing I want to watch has started, then rewind and start watching so that I can skip past the commercial breaks
