I watch almost all Youtube at 2x and listen to audiobooks at 2 to 3x, depending on narrator's natural speed.
Only music and films really get 1x dedicated from me.
Its unwatchable without skipping or increasing the speed, and I've heard its been 6 months since anime took a break so I hope they'll improve the pacing.
But when watching movies or other things I often skip past action sequences and such.
And when watching tv channels with commercials, I usually start watching an hour or so after the thing I want to watch has started, then rewind and start watching so that I can skip past the commercial breaks
