As far as Baldur's Gate goes, I don't get why everyone hated Neera when the enhanced edition came out. Yeah, she's a bit bratty at times, but she's suffered plenty of trauma. There's no reason why the 'i can fix her' simps for Viconia and Shar-Teel don't feel the same for her.

Also, Imoen is adorable and it's unsurprising people use mods to let CharName court her, even though she's their sister.

All of the Origin characters, and most of the companions in Baldur's Gate 3 are all red flags

Astarion is a manipulator, Lae'zel is evil, Shart is self-righteous evil, Wyll is a hypocrite, Gale is power obsessed -- the only realistically good Origin character is Karlach, but even she thinks eating people's souls because they're in a coin is fine

Halsin has a bear kink, Minthara is evil to the point where she makes human effigies in her garden, Jaheira is pretty much the only one who's okay but undoubtedly has PTSD
