I go with Batman, because he has plans to kill the whole Justice Leauge. I think Batman would win. What do you think?

I still believe "Batman VS. Superman refers to a court case in which Batman sues Superman over the destruction of his satellite. The "Dawn of Justice" subtitle refers to the justice system which Batman will use.
