I think my mother thought I was when I was younger. She would 'confide' in me that she found out the neighbours son was gay. And could you just imagine how his parents must feel(oh the shame!). This was back in the late 80s.. Meanwhile I never cared. I just thought at the time that she was a gossip and it wasn't nice to repeat something that was told to her in confidence.

Anyway maybe just 'accidentally' leave something in their view which would make them think otherwise.
