Keygen empowered Logitech 2 controller is confused.
Hey guys, I've got a bit of a problem. I've got a logitech 2 controller that, in conjunction with keygen, I use for the majority of my PC gaming. Everything from Smite, SWtOR, Strider, and now Tomb Raider. The setup worked like a charm until TR where, for the first time, I played a Steam bought game that actually recognized that I had a controller plugged in. Unfortunately the controls it does pick up are rather flawed. The right stick doesn't control the camera, the left stick doesn't control movement, and the 1 through 4 buttons don't do what they're supposed to either.

So I started up keygen, mapped out the buttons completely, and played. I got most of the way through the tutorial mission before I realized that the keygen layout was working, but so was the original layout for the controller. For instance, both the right stick and the d-pad handle movement, instead of the right stick handling movement while the d-pad swaps weapons. I also confirmed that button 2 and 4 jumped, instead of button 2 jumping and button 4 triggering a melee attack.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Preferably I'd like to have the keygen layout have priority over what steam thinks the controllers supposed to be doing.

Um... oops. In the second paragraph it should be the left stick handline movment, not the right. the right stick handles the camera.
Please help with logitech 2 gamepad coupled with keygen.
When I started playing Tomb Raider, the game actually recognized that I had a gamepad plugged in, but the controls were seriously screwy. The right stick didn't move the camera, the left stick did nothing, the d-pad handled movement, and I have no idea as to the layout of the 1 through 4 buttons. As this made the game uplayable I started up keygen and mapped out the controls poperly only to find that the game recognized both sets of input. The left stick and the d-pad both handled movement instead of the stick doing movement and the d-pad swapping weapons, and buttons 2 and 4 both jumping, instead of 2 jumping and 4 doing a melee. Any tips on how to fix this?

Prefferably something that will make the keygen layout have a higher prority over what steam thinks the layout should be.
