So I watch this youtuber LeafyIsHere a lot and he surfs on this map and I want to know what it is.
It's mainly black but it has neon lights all throughout. If you know who leafy is, it's on the left side on his outro.

Is the map dark so that you can't see much? And what is the colour of the neon lights?

No it has like a black background and the neon lights differ from stage to stage. Theres like yellow and blue and orange. There is one level where you have to go around this rainbow colored cylinder.
