When it's a crime or something, "16 year old man"
When it's bus fare it's "12 year old adult fare"
When it's making life choices "25 year old young adult "
Anyway, whatever, it's leaks, probably not true and all subject to change anyway.
Dude could die in prison.

Where is a 16 year old meant to get the information to be a computer hacker.
Is he some other groups patsy?

I think he's referring to the reports that Rockstar aren't going to "punch down" (i.e. make jokes about every segment of society) anymore. Which implies the humor is probably going to be 99% jokes about how evil corporations and rich people are.
I can't wait for the typhoon of cognitive dissonance of Rockstar trying to lecture us about greed and ethics.
