More seriously, a paradox game like Stellaris, EU IV…or a city game like Cities Skylines.
Mech customization in this game can easily eat hours of your time. And it's really fun if it's your cup of tea.

This game's character building system is one with so much depth, you can find new and interesting builds and tweaks of existing ones even hundreds of hours into it.
