I'd say Counter-Strike, DOOM series and Quake 3 arena would be the games that give me amazing adrenaline rushes, plus snort up some ritalin and you get yourself the biggest adrenaline rush ever.

Killing Floor 2; if you play hard mode or higher. Zeds move very fast and can overwhelm and surround you very quickly.
