Neither. Buy a better game
Then again, in my opinion CoD BO1 was the last good CoD so go for that if you want one of the two.

Black Ops II zombies has more replayability while Black Ops has better zombies maps as well as more maps. Black Ops II has better customization in multiplayer and better weapons as well. Black Ops has better mp maps though. I haven't played the Black Ops II campaign yet but the Black Ops campaign is good. Overall I'd say Black Ops, especially because it is cheaper but you can't go wrong with either of them.

Black Ops 2. When I used to be a loser (even though I still am) I wasted 8 FULL WEEKS of my life on it. I still think that it has incredible replay value. If you can, get it for consoles instead though. PC COD ports are horrible.

Zombies will be really worth it :)
