I think that a game that you are looking for could be hyrule warriors. It really goes all out on the anime feel and, once you're decently leveled up, and play one of the storly levels on easy, you feel truly all powerful.

it's a little bit late, but i could recommend you Megaton Rainfall. Point of the game is that you're a God-Like creature and have to save the Earth from waves of aliens, but the game is an open world that takes place in the entire universe, and with the help of a single mod, you can get the freemode and doing so you can destroy whatever you want. The game is also VR Compatible so you can explore all the infinity of this world and BE the god. Hope you'll see this message because i think that's the game you're looking for
