Youtube is a horrible site

I honestly have no idea how anyone can use the site. List of problems

They removed groups
They removed Customztion
They hid comments on the front page
There's no color customztion/background upload to make the channel look different anymore
Most countires have the site blocked lol
Most countires have the site ban lol
I don't mind game commentary, my favorite would have to be the guy from ClassicGameRoom, but all the other sites with commentary is horribe. People yelling at the screen, making stupid lame jokes and comments, horrible acting.
I came across some prank video supposely a prank video, where some guy was eating his own vomit from a cake or something.

^^^ So let see if i understand this, germany is blocked on youtube for whatever reason, you can't upload a small clip from a TV show, but they allowed stuff like that which i mention above, along with other stupid vidoes like men making sexual remarks towards women?

Did i mention already that the site has very very strict copyright ?
Can't upload a 1 min Smallville clip
Can't upload a Smashing pumpkins song
Can't upload a game video with superman music in it
Can't upload anything from Germany
Can't upload anything from italy
Can't upload any Music
Can't upload a movie clip from the 90's

Did i mention the site design is horrible? Don't believe me? Read the comments.

So you may be wondering what site do i use? Well ATM nothing.
I was using Dailymotion since 2005, but as of 2013-2015 they have turned into Youtube by removing customztion , groups, hiding comments, and now 2015 they have very strict copyright. But they allowed naked women and all that crap but would take down a small tv clip in a matter of seconds. Where's the logic in that?

Of course they don't have to take down fair use stuff, but not everything is fair use.

Yeah, like, for example, a 1 minute Smallville clip, that the OP wants to upload, doesn't count in the Fair use. Lyric videos, however, are for educational purposes, so nothing can touch them thanks to Fair Use.

Or you (OP) could do SmallvilleSins ;) that counts as Fair Use also. :P
