Swat 4 on Windows 10?

I know Swat 4 isn't on Steam, I'm just asking here.

Will Swat 4 run on Windows 10?

i have old copies of swat 2 and 3 lying somewhere. i have not tried installing them under windows 10 and no, i don't have swat 4 retail.

I tested it. Don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ do it man. I don't know what was wrong with it, but windows 10 utterly prevented me from installing my expansion pack to the game. SWAT 4 itself was installed and played fine but it kept refusing to update its patches, claiming it was the wrong language when it totally was not. So this meant i couldn't install my expansion pack. The second i reverted back to windows 7, it worked perfectly. Windows 10 may be great in the future, but there's way too many bugs and unpredictable ♥♥♥♥ about it. It wouldn't even let me delete my old swat 4 files for starters..

I was just trying to help someone who went through my same dilemma. It does? I'm surprised, because it sure as hell didn't for me. Side note, do you play multiplayer? I can't find any decent servers that don't have a terrible ping, at least for Co op

Hi there, friend and myself installed it lately on Win 10 64 bit and it works just fine. SWAT 4 AND Stetchkov. The message that your graphics card doesnt support it...just ignore that one :-) program seems to be unable to detect "newer" cards. then go for the \SWAT 4\Content\System and open Swat4.ini (Stetchkov) oder default.ini (SWAT4) and change the FullscreenViewportX=1440
FullscreenViewportY=900
to your actuals resolution. except for 2560x1600 and 1024x576 almost all should be supported...but you`ll see that early enough :-)

Counter-Question: Did anyone manage to get the gane running in coop with Stetchkov? SWAT4 itself goes fine, but the Addon refuses any cooperation

No. But Swat 4 runs on Windows 13 with RTX enabled.

My physicals take a little bit of hinky fiddling but run fine after. I kind of miss playing that as a lan game.
