Is twilight that bad?

So i bought the whole collection to watch it with my gf and when it came out i didn’t enjoyed it that much.But after watching 4 movies by now i actually start to liking it.I don’t know why i didn’t liked it in the past tho but even the glitter effect with edward wasn’t that cringe anymore.What are your thoughts about the series?

Eclipse had potential if someone else had helped write it. New Moon was a little too arm-holder for my liking.
I rewatched them with We Hate Movies doing commentary.

too good of a choice, the target audience of twilight though don't think would understand much of it. interview with a vampire, nosferatu (the silent one yes), from dusk till dawn (the first one only), lost boys (only the first one), near dark, i would even propose the first Blade and underworld 1 and 2. all of them are far, far better than twilight as far as vampiric mythology goes

I liked Twilight but people just love hating on popular things.

It's not terrible if you realize that they're not really vampires. They're fairies that were very roughly reworked as vampires because her publisher told her that fairies don't sell.

Also, if you can get past the idea that Bella actually is a self-insert Mary Sue.

I mean there's so many bad design going on just with this comment that it's fair to assume that Twilight as a serie is a botched version of an already mediocre book.
