HADES! Really good game but I think they're all probably good. I've only really played Hades though, I loved it.
Hades.

I love Hades and Risk of Rain 2 both equally for very different reasons. Hades for it's incredible narrative that is beautifully intertwined with it's gameplay, and RoR2 for it's infinite replayability owing to the huge item pool and very unique gameplay of each class (and the fact it will keep getting content for still a long time in the future).

I think Hades overall is a lot less replayable than RoR2 as once you start running out of narrative threads the gameplay on it's own doesn't have enough variety to keep you coming back (in my case).

Dead Cells I hated tbh, dropped it after like ~10 hrs, can't really pinpoint the reason why.

RoR2's graphics are a little simplistic. Did you find that it lessened the fun or experience?

Any specific reason you like Dead Cells?

Hades is universally praised. Is it THAT good?

I didn't think too much of it. It's a good game sure, but maybe overhyped somewhat.

Well I bought it cause I liked it, didn't hear of any hype. I just saw the game and thought it looked cool so I bought it and I was satisfied with my purchase. Can't really comment on hype tbh.

Nah, I think while being simplistic they definitely don't detract from the experience. Hades super stylistic approach definitely gives it a lot of favour in that department for me though.

Well compare to those two i would pick dead cells i played it a lott under xbl arcade, it had plenty of uppgrades and satisfying attacks. Sure maube not inventing the wheel or anything but i though it was fun pass time if you like random generated level design and fixed progression on your character.

I have and would recommend all of them. My priority would be
Hades > Deadcells > Risk of rain 2
It can change to
Hades > Risk of rain 2 > Deadcells (since Risk of Rain 2 is going to release a major update soon. but right now this would be my priority if I were you)

i was thinking about the updates as well. RoR2 will be getting another update soon, so getting it during summer sale (for max discount) might be the best option.

Dead Cells comes bundled with latest updates + DLC.

Hades is very new, so 20% discount might not be best option right now. Plus, idk whether the devs will provide non-paid updates and DLC.

Knowing Supergiant, Hades is probably finished for good, they have never done DLC, they finish a game and move on to the next project.
