I think all the off script Twitter nonsense broke all illusions of the rich and famous. I remember the time they did controlled interviews on the small screen. I think I should start a PR firm for celebs called "STFU and Smiley and co".

Because history is edited, most people today don't realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views

Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future. Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.
She wasn't denigrating anyone based on their cultural or religious identities. She was simply saying this is what leads people to do bad stuff in the past, and it could go that way in the future.

The only way out of the storm isn't backwards, it's through the eye of the storm. It will only get worse before it gets better. People should be pointing out that they were sexist for firing a woman for speaking her mind. Or possibly antisemitic because we all know Disneys early roots does have Nazi links.
Steam did that, and I'm very proud of them as a company for doing it. Black Lives Matters had a few developers that tried to get Steam to endorse their movement, they wouldn't, and those developers pulled their crappy games. Steam remained non-political.
