I made the mistake of asking myself if I could make a game where creatures evolved in real time (ie a month old species would kick butt over a day old species). To my surprise it worked, unfortunately it worked *and* I made the mistake of submitting it to greenlight. Now I have to try to make a real time simulator "fun". Fortunately there is a small (very small) niche of people who like this sort of thing and I have the privilege of trying to turn a stupid thought into an actual game
