(Solved) Survival Games for Low End PC?

I've got a laptop with an Intel I3 3217U 1.8ghz CPU and 8gb of RAM. I'm interested in survial games but a lot of them seem to have high requirements.

Yes I know about Unturned.

I would stay away from Rust.

Their new build is really not that greatly optimised and you would have to resort to playing the legacy build. Which sucks.

I don't know. Maybe Hurtworld? I hear that game is smooth.

Yeah, but isn't it more forgiving than the others? You get killed but you get to keep your tools?

not sure to be honest. I agree that would be nice.

I dont get this whole trend of 'brutal' by choice in your freetime.

Hurtworld has PVE. I didn't know that game was easy to run.

It doesn't specify a processor beyond a "2 Ghz" minimum. You're likely to have more of a bottleneck on its GPU specifications (something you don't list), which is at least 1 Gb of VRAM. (Which, of course, is by no means excessive, but there are people still running with 500 kb or less. Especially if they're still using integrated graphics or a laptop).

Having a laptop doesn't preclude the possibility of discrete VRAM. Regardless, you're still going to have some sort of integrated graphics, shared or not. Supplying that would help exponentially.
