Will there be a possiblility of a Klonoa 3?

I do enjoy the game a lot after I heard about it from Caddicarus, and I fell in love with the game when I picked it up via Emulator. Don't ask why I used the Emulator, the games are hard to find, and I do lack a Playstation console to get it in the Playstation Store.

I took a bit of more research of the Klonoa series, and it seems that the series is at a complete halt, like if it's going in the Kid Icarus route or something. I do want to have a new Klonoa game on the 3DS, but there are many people who assume that there will be one on the 3DS, Wii U, etc, because of the age group the game is targeted to: Kids. And yes, most kids these days are into Call of Duty, but some teens like myself seem to be more interested in more traditional games like Mario, Pokemon, Sonic, and Spyro. Of course, Hideo Yoshizawa, the man who made Ninja Gaiden, Klonoa and Mr. Driller, did say, "When we released the Wii version of Klonoa, I was thinking about sequels and stuff, but apparently it didn't sell that well. While it does mean that we won't be able to have a Klonoa 3 in the next few more years, but it won't mean that Klonoa is gone. Looking at Kid Icarus, ever since the release of Kid Icarus: Myths and Monsters, the series has went to a halt. 15 years later, Pit of Kid Icarus is added into Smash Bros Brawl, Pit became very well known, and about 4 years after the release of Brawl, he finally got a new game, Kid Icarus: Uprising. And it sold really well after that. While not true, it means that Klonoa won't be able to get a new game in the next 5-7 or so years.

While it has been almost 6-7 years since the Wii Remake of Klonoa was made. There hasn't been word of a new Klonoa game going to be annouced, in either 3DS, Wii U, PS4, or even the PS Vita. But, there are a lot of cameos of Klonoa in different games, it means that Klonoa is still alive. So looking back at the Kid Icarus example, the series is at a 15 year absence from their own game, then, they were added in Smash Bros. Suddenly, everyone knows who Pit is, and his popularity has increased signifigantly in Smash Bros, alone, allowing Pit to have his own game 4 years later.

So looking at this, I looked further of why Klonoa didn't sell to well, is that there isn't much marketing or anything to talk about the game, via commercials, advertisements, cameos in games like Smash Bros to allow people to want to see his new game, etc.

While Ness got the treatment, but he didn't get any new games when he's added in Smash Bros, because of that he got more popular in Smash Bros than the Earthbound series.

I believe that if Bandai Namco, or in this case, Hideo Yoshizawa, wants to try to try to market Klonoa, so everyone will get one, they need to show everyone who Klonoa is. Add Klonoa to Smash Bros, make promotional items for Klonoa, and market Klonoa enough to make sure that everyone knows who he is!

Apparently there´s a Klonoa movie in the works, financial stuff might have happened at the end of 2017, though we didn´t hear from it since, and making it would probably take multiple years. If it didn´t get cancelled/stuck in developement hell or something.
