Literally, everytime I want to do something I think of ASMR. It stops me from playing my games, doing homework and getting on with my life.

You might want to get that checked out... If it stops you completely, then there is an issue... Or if its not that bad, just try your best to avoid them.

I think I just need to stop thinking about ASMR.

Sometimes it gets really bad to a point where I feel like I'm going to collapse/faint without my ASMR.

Anyway, you should get it checked out. If its getting in the way that much, there is a issue.

Do a youtube search for ASMR. It's quite popular, some ASMR artists explain in quite some depth what it is.
