It asks for my phone that is broken but not a number.
Under "Try Another way to sign in" (either from the forgot password on Gmail or that account recovery URL)
Go to: Gmail.com
1) Type in your email account you want to recover
2) Click on "Forget password"
(Use the "Try Another way" option, till you get to the verification code option, you might have to enter the last password, etc)
You should then have the options:
- Enter one of your 8-digit backup codes (ignore this one because you don't have it)
- Get a verification code at *************19
- Try another way to sign in
That 2nd option is the one you want to use "Get a verification code at *************19" (19 will be part of your cellphone number, not 19, but it will censor most of the number with dots)
If you have the same SIM card / number, you can access your account.
It will say "A text message with a 6-digit verification code was just sent to *************19"
Wait for that txt message, then enter the code given in the txt to that google's "Account Recovery" page.
It's 100% recoverable with the same cellphone number, even without those backup codes.
