Or they are simply nostalgic
Lol but if you this current gen wont be the same in the future you would be so wrong, not saying everyone would be like that but you get the idea
Now, GET OFF MY LAWN!
And because the newer generation will always lack experience in comparison...
They thought their childhood and 20s was really good..(for most people)
They don't like the new generation because they are enjoying those very same years in a manner that the older generation "doesn't understand"
Some of us, like myself, are determined to break the cycle. Future generations should be embraced, and encouraged, and even envied. They will prove to be so much more than we could have ever dreamt for ourselves.
Hate is a strong word, dislike is a better word... "everything"?... no not everything, just most things...
Mostly because new generations are trying to say everything now is better then it use to be, even though all they do is whine and cry on how bad they have things and how terrible it is now...
So basically how hypocritical and contrary the younger generations are... they don't make sense.. and not only that, but they LOVE not making sense, the more nonsensical they are the better they think they are...
That and there's no respect for the older generations... you only get respect if you give respect first.
That too.. lol
and i mean everyone
im of the older generation and i cant write french, so its not about age per se.
not anymore, its my lawn now, so u go! :3
wouldent looking at elderly ppl do the same if not more tho?
Literally every other person my age I see driving is holding their phone and looking at it. I often play games all day when I'm at home, but when I do other stuff, then I do other stuff, I'm not an obsessed freak. They're all incapable of sitting through just one movie without having to constantly check their phone for whatever stupid crap. Mine is completely muted 24/7 except for calls since that could be important. They have a need to post the hamburger they ordered at McDonald's (wow, so interesting and unique, truly worth seeing) on social media and everything else they do every day.
When my cousin came over and we were playing a game on PC together, he just had to pause it, pull out his phone, open Snapchat, take a photo and send it to like 20 of his "friends" because it seems like the concept of doing something for yourself and not just for others to see and actually having fun is not a thing anymore.
Is it really so hard to drive safely to university and go just 15 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minutes without obsessively checking if your Instagram "friends" are taking a ♥♥♥♥ on the toilet or whatever the ♥♥♥♥ they're doing?
My phone is a tool and I charge it just once a week.
