What is going on with download via Epic Games

I am downloading a game via epic game launcher the problem i am facing is when the game is getting download i cannot even play a video on 480p resolution basically Internet speed getting ♥♥♥♥ and i am not even getting the download speed i should get according to my connection. I am not facing any issue with Steam and the downloading speed is good to there according to my Internet Connection.

Ask EPIC Games support instead. Or ask on their non-existent forums since nobody on Steam can honestly answer you. It's ALL on EPIC Games based on what you have said.

Yes that's same as purchasing games using fake location via VPN

Tips to get faster connection: Avoiding downloading at the same time as everybody.
Tips to get your video working: 360p
Tips if your connection isn't as fast as your PC: Yes...it can be slower than your own conection.
Tips: No need to get mad at this.

Steam forums don't even load sometimes.......(steam forums or chats specifically while the rest of internet works...)

As long as you don't try to game the system and use a VPN to buy a game in another country at a lower rate. Outside of that, it's none of their damn business. I have to use a VPN on some websites to circumvent throttling by my ISP. I think they're probably throttling steam, even though they denied it. If Valve has a problem with me using a VPN only to circumvent my ISP's throttling, and am not abusing it for purchases, then I don't have an issue with taking my business elsewhere.

Well in hungary lockpick material is forbidden for non military/police people.
It doesn't mean that if you have lockpick material you'll rob anything it means that it's dubious enough.

It's to prevent because they can't really know what you do with your VPN and most likely one is likely to use it for cheating matters.

Lock smiths are also allowed to have them here in the usa, but if a regular citizen has them and gets caught they will get charged with having burglary tools.

Locksmithes there just are allowed to make keys.
