did my steam account get hacked? someone please help

so i just checked on my profile and my name got changed to a bunch of numbers and my profile picture got changed to the default steam question mark. this is what was in my bio:
This account has been flagged as suspicious due to massive report received recently. We suggest you to send your valuable item(s) to an alternative account within 8 hours before the Trade Banned appears on your account. Trading on this account will be permanently disabled after until it's resolved.

Yup you're being hijacked because you probably gave your credentials to scam sites. Don't make any trade

There's your problem right there. The O N L Y place you should log-in with your credentials is Steam itself.

Your account was compromised by one of those websites.

yes i play csgo and no i logged onto a site to check the price of a csgo skin so i could trade it

He IS on the "compromised/hijacked" account right now.

There is no bug on Steam that resets your name to your Community ID64 and also posts that stupid message in the bio on the profile page.
