Having a ToS for a video uploading site isn't censorship. The two peeps behind MxR even said in their own video it's a mix of false reporting plus thumbnails pushing sexual content a bit too much. Neither of these reasons are related to free speech.

Do you count Twitch banning thots as a free speech issue as well though? Should Twitch not be allowed to ban hot tube streamers in your opinion?

I don't like hot tub Twitch streamers, but If the person is old enough, they should be able to watch it. Twitch needs better restrictions for children IMO.

I don't like hot tub Twitch streamers, but If the person is old enough, they should be able to watch it. Twitch needs better restrictions for children IMO.

It's got the same restrictions as Youtube. Heck, Youtube has a lot more nudity that accidentally is not caught through the filters unlike Twitch.
