Im at a age where im not interested in all that marketing nonsense and latest tech because it's for people to waste their hard earned money on and stay poor. I own a old samsung phone that I paid cash for and is on 'Pay as you Go' and it does everything I need it to do. I will need to change it soon as the screen is cracked but I will buy a brand new older model for less that £100 down at the O2 shop.

Most people don't want burner phones, they want smart phones that they can surf the web, video call, take photo's, do tik tok etc. In the uk at least most good smart phones start at around £100 in my opinion (brand new)

My TCL30z and Motorola G something were 50 dollars each and can do everything you mentioned.

lol i like it as we might dont need to buy various versions of tablets to fit a specific need. also it is sign that we will have a more affordable tri fold soon. you dont want everything to be convenient as possible? remember i spent 800$ for a camera in a decade ago it was quick to get replaced by better techs and realized i dont use it as much as i would think. not wasting money on many futile things is good though
