I had an episode where my blanket was on my face and I felt like suffocating and couldn't move the blanket off my face.

I see a lot of people online say it doesn't kill you but it can if you don't wake up in time to remove the blanket from your face.

Same thing will pillow, if it's on your face somehow when sleeping and you wake up in paralysis mode, it will feel like suffocation and you can't move your hands to get it off, at that point you are just begging for your body to fully wake up before you suffocate and die.
