This is just reading like you're unable to concede that tracking someone's private vehicle is most likely also tracking someone's private person. If you have a car, and I was able to track it as OSINT, I think you'd feel differently about it because, most likely, you're the one using your own private vehicle- rarely will it be others, and even when it is others, they're likely close with you. Again, it's in the public interest to track planes. Anyone can do it, because it's publicly available knowledge. It's not the same thing as a car.
If he doesn't want a personal plane to be tracked, fly commercial. Much better for the environment anyway.

Not a bad idea. Elon could make Steam a quasi Facebook where you could game with friends. Users get more of a "Facebook" type page where they can post stuff and chat with others. More users, more ad revenue. He could neuter Meta.
