Change your diet. Exercise.
I appreciate your concern but I take excellent care of myself, though it's cute that you think it's your place at all to tell me to change my diet and exercise as if I don't already have a healthy diet and exercise. Kind of odd that you'd just assume otherwise.
Again, it's common that people begin to feel the effects of aging once they hit their 30s. Your naivety on the subject leads me to believe you're probably not even in your 30s yet attempted to speak authoritatively on the matter as if you were.
There is no perhaps about it. Your body begins to change and feel the effects of aging once you hit your 30s. This is simply a fact, it's science, feel free to ask a doctor about it or other folks in their 30s.
I am in my 30s- but I guess we are just not the same.
I stand by my original point, you have clearly decided that 30 is the proper time for your body to start failing and lo and behold- it has.
Everything you are looking to learn, you've already got within your experiences.
Consult your experiences in your own reflections, OP.
What did you learn that you want more of?
What did you learn that you want less of?
What did you do that you want to keep doing?
What did you do that you will never do again?
These are all things that are part of The Value Of 10 years.
You didn't hit a nerve, you said something naive and kind of ridiculous, got called on it, then tried to get cute & snarky.
Personally I doubt you're in your 30s based off what you said, but sure go ahead and stand by it, you wouldn't be the first Steam user to type out some nonsense and double down on it and you certainly won't be the last.
I never said my body was failing and I definitely didn't pick or decide the age at which I've begun to feel the effects of aging. Again, many people report that they notice and feel signs of aging in their 30s. This is an extremely common thing yet you're trying to pretend like it isn't, so do you not believe in science or what is your angle here?
