As an example, in Harry Potter, witches and wizards are defined by gender; their powers are exactly the same. There are plenty of games with female casters.
In other situations, wizards and warlocks use different kinds of magic. And if that's not enough, there might be sorcerers too. Clerics generally use divine magic, druids are more like the nature guys.
I guess the more interesting question would be what kind of magic you're looking for. Games might not even use these labels at all.

That's true, it's a huge category.
I was thinking of witches that have a backstory and a story focused on exploring magic or the persecution of magic, Dragon Age: Origins is excellent in this regard.
You can blindly pick just about 99% of fantasy games with character customization. There is almost always a witch/wizard class.
This is true for western rpgs and jrpgs, so you really can't go wrong.
Or do you mean games where you specifically play as a witch and only a witch.
