Nope! Try 50s as from then on up your bones will only get more brittle as you age and you should watch your heart more. The same fall you have in your 30s you have a much higher chance of recovery vs the same fall while in your 50s or 60s. You could very well not get up again.
When I was little there used to be this commercial for something called 'Life Alert' in the early to late 90s where if someone falls they can summon medical help. I used to find the commercial hilarious when that old guy fell in his backyard I mean who would fall in their own backyard!
but my older self now can see why it was actually so serious. An older person falling like in that commercial is much more likely to stay down then if you fell.
If your that old you're likely to NOT get back up and waste medical resources.
Now THAT'S the way to skateboard when your old and not risk medical injury to yourself or others.
