I did have famale Ryder too and I am unhappy to say I actually finished the game.
Sometimes you finish a game and get that amazing feeling of "Wow, I was part of this universe. I was in the lore. This was great. The previous ME's are a good example of this.
In case of Andromeda, it was "That's f***ng 60 hour of my life I am not getting back".
As for alien designs, you can do anything, messing them up is not easy, but, yes, there is Andromeda, lol.
it wasn't great that's for sure. but i enjoyed it none the less.
about the alien designs. i disagree, alien design was good. Individual character design. was very bad.
like in ME1 first time i litereally shouted out loud "YEAAH!" when the normandy did that uturn drop straight into a couple blast into sovereign.
didn't get that much in andromeda. but the rest of the feeling was there tbh.
andromeda got really little in terms of budget from what i remember.
Yeah. I mean it definitely had some disappointing aspects. I think part of it was, it was just a step backwards in a franchise (that despite other issues), had up until that point largely delivered 9+/10 type of games. To me at least...
Just didn't fully live up to that potential.
Personally I dissagree on that being like ME1 tho. Like disagree a lot.
Edit: I think Andromeda got a lot lefss funding too, tho I have no idea if that is something I made up or is reality. Still tho, Jaal was okay, but not up to the bar set by previous games. Then, there was Liam. I think he gave me PTSD.
