You're pulling the trigger way too fast.
You don't know the person, you're not aware of their current situation.. Yet, you're claiming that they should've been prepared before getting into the line, which as some have already pointed out, mighta not really be possible to many old(er) people.
The way you're wording it makes it sound to me as a little rant caused by the built up frustration from having to wait in the line.. And this judging of the person who required some more time to get through it than you probably did isn't really a good example of what would've a considerate person thought.
you dont know my situation..... there is no annoyance no frustration.. i was amused..
the person was old... but not stupid or slow..... as stated earlier
they were inconsiderate they took up staff time without any consideration
for the staff or for the growing numbers waiting in line... it was almost like
they were waiting for someone to have a go at them..... but no one did...
you are making up stories that are not there as well... i think you might
find a friend in common here..... its not me btw...

A bita difference in wording, but I choose my words rather carefully, I'd say.
I'm not making up anything, as I'd require some more details on what happened and how did it happen, so I could provide some speculations on how could've things went on, but without those.. I'd be guaranteed to be wrong, so there was no need and is no need to make up any stories about you.

nuisance is not quite the same as inconsiderate... but they could be related...
