Showing someone everything you have. Is Trust. You trust they will understand everything you have posted or saved. And be okay with it. You Trust them.
Telling someone they can't see and need to be okay with it. Is also trust, because you Trust they will be okay with it and not try to break into your phone later.
And your private time isn't something that stops being a thing when you're in a relationship. I'd hate to think anybody would constantly need to have sex with their partners just to satisfy themselves when they're in the mood. And I imagine that's true for women as well. If you constantly suspect your partner of infedility, then there is no trust.
No amount of "evidence" or lack thereof would satisfy the person who is paranoid and suspects you in the relationship. Because they've already established that they clearly can't trust you regardless, so why would you wanna be with them anyway? Ways I see it, if someone's cheating, they probably have a burner phone anyway. You wouldn't find anything on their main phone anyway.
