Anything from 75hz and up does not damage the eyes too much. So if you're thinking differences of 24hz will have a health effect, forget it.
16:10 master race.
4096 x 2560 is also 4K but 16:10 Aspect Ratio. That is however increased vertical space, not horizontal width. Therefore not ideal for movies which will likely just have black vertical lines top and black to fill it. Slightly increased vertical space is more ideal for work purposes when doing documents, spreadsheets and coding.
I use to have a 16:10 Dell Ultrasharp monitor for programming upon, it didn't affect some basic gaming either, but yeah it's sole purpose for work.
