This is why in many armies discipline is very hard coded in basic training some people on the outside mistake it for 'instructors being jerks' it is not, it is very much to keep people alive and certain things become second nature.

Of course, Ukrainian soldiers, most of whom don't speak English, master a highly complex system in just a few months, whereas it takes an American soldier more than 1 year, and requires more than 90 operators working on various aspects:

Radar operators
Command center personnel
Electric generator operators
Launcher technicians
Missile handlers

But the Ukrainians would have mastered all that in a few short months, it's just hilarious this kind of lie...

It's even more ridiculous with the F-16: it takes at least 5 years for an American pilot, whereas Ukrainians who don't even know English managed to do it in 1 year...

He is correct. The Patriot missile batteries are connected to a network that is a US State secret and thus yes the Patriot battery was operated by Americans or atleast some NATO partner.

They would not allow the Ukrainians to operate the Patriots. WE shot down the Ukraine F-16 and top gun pilot.

If you only read Western media, it's logical that they'll focus on Russian losses and repeat the same things over and over again...
To answer your question, there are far more Ukrainian losses, both in human and material terms, especially as regards aircraft.

It's not Russia that's begging for military equipment and money, if ukraine keeps begging for more, it's precisely because of its heavy losses.
