Is anyone a computer scientist or software developer or IT?
Currently making a major shift in my life right now and im thinking of going into the tech field. But I cannot decide which degree is more stable or more preferred in the job market. Bachelor's in Computer Science or Bachelor's in Information Technology with specialization in Software Engineering.

Computer Science is for making the perfect cat simulation.
Software Engineering is for planning the entire lifecycle of your simulated cat(upgrades, new features, AOE effects)
IT is simply the act of herding every developer's supercats so that they don't eat you. You've read the manual but its just paw prints.

Time to choose.

But what if the IT also happens to have an IT degree that also include specialization in software engineering? Its basically both herding the cats as well as planning the entire lifecycle yeah?

I respect those who are in trades but I don't want to be in a job that requires me to go into environments that could affect my health.

That is too much for mere mortals.

Abandon your low IQ education in Technology, it will be worthless before you're finished.

Focus on starting a few service based businesses right now.

Can't help you there. My research into AI cognition is done independently.

Get used to the answer "it depends".
If you're the one in charge then get used to saying it to management.

Don't. Don't touch any of it. Don't even be tech adjacent. If you can help it, choose a field with minimal computer usage

So what, like a trades occupation or some sort of physical labor/physical job like nursing? Not sure if I want to do healthcare since I get stressed with the idea of taking care of people. Not do I want to be a trades job that could affect my health since they can get dangerous depending the environment.
