It doesn't matter. But kids don't know that because they're kids, children, with no life experience.
Factor Of Inevitability.
You cannot take your toys with you when you die, and one day you will indeed die, and no amount of money, power, drugs, drink, or sex will actually prevent that in any way, shape or form.
But like I said, children don't know that, that's part of why they're children in the first place, they don't understand that their toys are actually entirely irrelevant. It's beyond their capacity to understand that because they are not yet old enough to grasp that, they cannot correlate their contents as the comprehension to do so just is not there yet due to a lack of growth and development.
that's gen alpha.
and there was stupid ♥♥♥♥ back in the day, too.
"MLG memes" are literally a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ puddle of epilepsy tests.
lmao this is great.
I was going to say its because i don't really enjoy talking to phone accessories.
On our block, all of the Zoomers (we count 6 that we know of), except the ones in one particular family, are totally unapproachable and don't acknowledge anyone's existence but their own (and I guess their close friends).
My next-door neighbors, a Zoomer couple, will just walk past you and not only say nothing, but somehow avoid making any eye contact at all.
I come from a time where it was considered not only polite but a benefit to at least be on speaking terms with your neighbor (safety reasons among them, because neighbors keep an eye on your property for you), but these Zoomers don't want any of that. I just hope none of them ever need my help, because at this point they're just strangers. Actually, they're worse than that, because I have healthy exchanges (even just a glance and a smile or nod) with strangers every day.
They're totally alienating themselves. If my neighbor came to my house right now and rang the doorbell, needing help, I legit might not even recognize him or his girlfriend, and might not even let them in on that basis. And if I did recognize them and they were pleading for help, I'd probably just be frozen in shock that they even know I exist, or just weirded out that suddenly they want to acknowledge me, let alone interact with me.
Now, the Zoomers (2 of them) in the family I mentioned, are exceptional. They remind me of my own generation or older, only in the bodies of Zoomers, and I'm sure that's because their parents are just great parents. The dad and mom are very sweet and considerate, but firm. You can tell they instilled discipline and common courtesy in her kids. I say all of that because I believe their parenting might have countered the default Zoomer mindset their kids would have otherwise had.
Anyway, I'm sad for them. They'll probably proclaim in their 40s and 50s to be lonely and not realize they themselves were the cause of it. Generally speaking, the majority of them definitely don't seem to be very self-aware.
it's because people don't know how to parent their kids properly.
