i would imagine in europe its possible actually cause winters are kinda cold, but like in some places like africa you still can go outside in winter even if poor. i think its just combination of ♥♥♥♥♥ people with ♥♥♥♥♥ environment

But my overall point is just that zero modern nations treat their poor with any consideration whatsoever. And here in the US, the wealth gap between the two people in your scenario would be like 1000x wider than it would in Russia.

All things considered yes being nuked 1st or 2nd doesn't really matter due Mutually Assured Destruction, the only good part is hopefully maybe the very few unlucky enough to survive the post radiation world, should permanently ban nuclear weapons so humanity doesn't commit the same mistake twice.

one of my friends is from that place, i think last time they checked the poor they were dead for like a year, so idk how wide the gap is there.

state of poorness is not just poor, but how much people care about them, or just people in general. cause you can have people in the same family hating on a family memeber who is poor just for thatreason they cant provide for themselves, even though there is virtually no way for them not be poor.

poor can still go outside in winter in artic area

for eternal summer countries it is in summer they suffer, example phoenix in august or miami when it is afternoon, especially with 99% humidity at 35 c
