Shadows of the Empire?
That was only on PC. The N64 version was worthless and doesn't exist.
Jedi Power Battles and Demolition were the ones I played on PSX the most. And Masters of Teras Kasi. It was a decent fighting game. Having Mara Jade as a secret character was awesome. And the character having backstories linked to Jerec and Warlord Zsinj was some pretty cool canon.
Dark Forces was on PSX, too.
Definitely... not. Older games are generally just that: old.
As an example, people keep mentioning "Knights of the Old Republic". I actually own both on Steam, but I feel no desire to play them: I will likely get an antiquated look, antiquated gameplay,, and since it's made by Bioware I'll probably have to look up every dialogue beforehand to rearrange my party and plan out the answers to get the correct result and not screw up my party in the process.
tie fighter is closer to 70%, df 1 closer to 80-90%.
people have said power battles is 93-98%, but there isn't enough statistical data to back that. not enough people have played.
these are per capita percentiles, not taste/preference or genre standards or aggregate reviews.
How about classic Battlefront then? Or even the Force Unleashed. No dialogue involved. Just pure action.
Exar Kun was the biggest badass Sith of all time, but we got the cheesy orthodontics patient. And it also introduced ridiculous concepts like lightsaber color representing a Jedi's rank and misspelling Kaiburr crystals as "kyber crystal."
bf is underpopulated, owing to ea intentionally killing the game with sequel rush. which it did in order to limit battlefield competition.
as is typical the game never recovered.
kargor has stated in the past that they disliked unleashed because it was emblematic of the modern rot of game design or something. reminded them of an unholy blend of phantom menace ps1, the emperor's new groove 3d platformer, and darksouls/darksiders/god of war all of which they liked more.
executive demand, redacted interview with former blackisle employee at obsidian said so. someone tried to correct the spelling and received an ambiguous threat to their career/life from an investment overseer.
same thing as ministry re-releasing khyber pass. I vaguely remember hearing 'the scar's gonna be real if you don't.' might've been about a different issue though.
I meant classic Battlefront from 2005? Honestly, I've never been into the multiplayer, and classic Battlefront has solid singleplayer in the sense that at least every single mode can be played in singleplayer. Plus Galactic Conquest (easily my favorite mode).
yes, i also mean 2005.
bots don't do it for me. I don't feel anything, probing them. the fun is lost.
